You know what I adore? Fruit. And sweet graham cracker munchies. Like Teddie Grahams or Trader Joe’s Cinnamon School Book Cookies. Yum. Give me all the sweet (but not too sweet) carbs. And what better to dip all of these carbs in than Vegan Peanut Butter Fluff? Nada, that’s what.
This super easy Vegan Peanut Butter Fluff dip was inspired by fluffy fruit dips from my childhood. I remember raging on fruit and graham crackers with this mysterious white sweet fluffy dip and wondering what the heck it was.
One day, I asked a mom at some poms carbo-cram (where I happened to again, be ragin’ on the fruit dip) what the heck the fruit dip was made of. Turns out, it was cream cheese mixed with Cool whip. And that was it.
Shook. I couldn’t believe something so delicious was so simple. I started making it myself at home, and then forgot about it for oh…I don’t know maybe 8 years? Until one day a couple months ago, I had a hankering for some fruit dip.
Now, I didn’t have any cream cheese, so I improvised with peanut butter. I also replaced Cool Whip with Vegan So Delicious Dairy-Free CocoWhip (which btw, 10/10 would recommend).
The result: sweet, creamy vegan peanut butter fluff fruit dip that is darn delicious and supremely simple to make.
I could take a bath in this fluff. It’s literally wonderful on fruit, with crackers, with pretzels, on hot cocoa, on ice cream, or straight up plain with a spoon as a substitute for ice cream.
I’ve made this vegan peanut butter fluff with both peanut butter and peanut powder that some brand sent me a long time ago.
I don’t like peanut butter powder as a substitute for actual peanut butter, but I must say, it whips into this beautifully (maybe even better than regular pb). So if you happen to have it, this is a perfect use for it.
Anyways, I hope you make this vegan peanut butter fluff and I hope you love it. If you do, comment below, send me a tweet, or hit me up on Insta. Have a good weekend friends!
